Job summary

Humanoid in London is seeking a Treasurer to lead global treasury, FX risk, and investor relations. You’ll own funding strategy, cash management, and data-room diligence while coordinating with the CFO and founders. This standalone role blends policy design with hands-on execution to secure capital and drive growth.

The position requires experience across multi‑currency groups, equity fundraising, and strong financial modelling, fit for a fast‑growing hardware/robotics company.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in treasury, corporate finance, capital markets, or related field.
• Experience managing FX and financial risk across multi-entity, multi-currency group.
• Hands-on bank account management, banking platforms, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Track record sourcing and executing financing — debt instruments, facilities, and partnerships.
• Direct involvement in equity fundraising: pitch decks, memos, data-room management, and investor diligence.
• Strong financial modelling and investor-facing communications.
• Builder mindset with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline; professional qualification is a strong plus.
• Experience in venture-backed startups or scale-ups, ideally in hardware/ robotics.
• Familiarity with cap-table management and investor-relations tooling.
• Exposure to international expansion and entity setup.

Responsibilities

• Own bank account management across multiple entities and jurisdictions, including account opening and banking-platform administration.
• Forecast group and entity cash positions, borrowing needs, and funds for investment.
• Manage day-to-day liquidity, cash pooling, and intercompany funding flows.
• Design and execute the group's FX strategy, hedging currency exposures.
• Maintain controls and reporting around treasury and risk activity.
• Source and structure financing to extend runway and fund growth.
• Develop strategic partnerships with CFO and commercial teams.
• Manage lender relationships and lead negotiation and covenant compliance.
• Support equity fundraising end-to-end, including pitch decks and data rooms.
• Prepare investor updates and capitalisation reporting with finance and legal.
• Manage the capitalisation table and related processes.
• Set treasury policy and build scalable processes.
• Ensure regulatory, tax, and reporting compliance across entities.
