BW ESS is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to unify and own the Group's treasury across international entities, SPVs and joint ventures. The role combines design of a robust treasury framework with hands-on daily operations to support growth across currencies and jurisdictions.

You will report to the Director of FP&A and Treasury and collaborate with CFO, accounting, tax and project teams, delivering governance, cash visibility and scalable processes for a global energy storage

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate treasury or related finance.
• Experience owning treasury activities in a complex multi-entity, multi-currency organisation.
• Strong understanding of treasury risk management and controls.
• Experience with banks and financial counterparties relationships.

Responsabilités

• Own Group cash and liquidity management across entities and currencies.
• Consolidate rolling liquidity forecast and provide forward-looking analysis.
• Manage bank guarantees, letters of credit and other exposures.
• Oversee FX forecasting, hedging framework and approved transactions.
• Lead cash investment within policy limits and counterparty risk.
• Manage derivatives operations, settlement, hedges and accounting inputs.
• Maintain banking architecture, signatories, KYC and facilities.
• Define operating model, ERP integration and treasury automation initiatives.
• Ensure policies, delegated authorities and governance are followed.
