Job summary

BW ESS is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to take ownership of the Group’s treasury activities across its international entities, project SPVs and joint ventures. You will design and operate a scalable treasury framework, delivering robust controls and efficient cash and liquidity management.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a multi-currency environment, with strong experience in banking relations, risk management and treasury systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ relevant experience in corporate treasury, infrastructure, energy, banking or a closely related finance role.
• Demonstrable ownership of treasury activities in a complex, multi‑entity, multi‑currency organisation.
• Strong understanding of treasury risk management and practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Cash management: own the consolidated Group cash position across entities, SPVs and currencies.
• Liquidity management: own Group liquidity position and rolling forecast across multiple currencies.
• Credit support: manage bank guarantees, LC and other exposures.
• FX management: oversee forecast/actual FX exposures and hedging actions.
• Cash investment: optimise surplus cash within policy and counterparty limits.
• Hedging operations: manage FX and interest-rate derivatives from execution to reporting.
• Banking and facilities: maintain banking architecture and support complex funds flows.
