Job summary

BW ESS is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to own the Group's treasury across international corporate entities, SPVs and JVs. You will design and operate a scalable framework, delivering reliable cash visibility and robust controls.

This hands-on, senior role requires ownership experience in complex multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments within energy, renewables, infrastructure or project-based businesses. You will report into FP&A leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate treasury or related finance roles.
• Experience owning treasury activities in complex, multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Strong cash and liquidity management, FX, banking, and treasury controls.
• Experience managing senior relationships with banks and counterparties.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated Group cash position across entities and currencies.
• Manage Group liquidity, rolling forecast and funding needs across jurisdictions.
• Oversee bank guarantees, letters of credit and other exposures.
• Maintain Group FX framework and hedge actions within authorities.
• Direct cash investments, counterparty risk, and returns within policy.
• Lead treasury governance, policies, and control framework.
