Job summary

Gambit Search is assisting an established London-based accountancy firm in recruiting a Transaction Services Manager to lead mid-market buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.

You will own engagements from scoping to completion, working directly with clients, investors and senior stakeholders, and you will develop junior team members while contributing to client pitches and business development.

Qualifications

• Strong Transaction Services / FDD experience.
• Experience operating at Manager or experienced Assistant Manager level.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and manage teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Manage projects from scoping through to final report delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors and deal teams.

Transaction Services Manager – London

I’m working with an established accountancy firm in London with a strong Transaction Services practice, as they look to hire a Manager into the team.

The team has a consistent pipeline of mid-market transactions and a strong mix of buy-side and sell-side work. This is an opportunity for an experienced TS professional to take ownership of engagements, develop client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role

You will lead financial due diligence engagements from initial scoping through to completion, working directly with clients, investors and senior stakeholders.
