Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Associate in the UK Fund Order Services team to support daily Unit Dealing, CAAR calculations, and reconciliations for collective investment schemes. You will ensure accuracy, maintain client relationships, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to internal controls and deadlines.

You will engage with multiple stakeholders, oversee daily deal execution, and participate in periodic business reviews to identify risks and drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Fund accounting experience or pricing within Unit Linked, Pension or Retail Funds environment (desirable).
• Knowledge of investment regulations is preferred.
• Ideally degree level, though industry experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily Fund Manager Unit Dealing for collective investment schemes with checks for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare CAAR calculations and daily Unit Dealing execution.
• Provide secondary approval for daily Unit Dealing with accurate and timely checks.
• Approve daily confirmation and loading of deals into State Street systems following procedures.
• Log and resolve enquiries and liaise with parties to resolve issues within agreed timescales.
• Assist in reconciliations to ensure client funds match fund manager holdings; explain and resolve discrepancies.
