Job summary

Helsing seeks a Team Lead for the Training and Mission Success Specialist team to orchestrate field deployments and courses across international markets beyond Germany, combining project leadership with tactical instructing on the HX-2 system.

You will build strong relationships with defence and government partners, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure deployments meet operational standards while driving improvements in training content and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Have held a leadership position managing complex field operations and/or training programmes in high-stakes, time-critical environments.
• Experience in the design, development, and implementation of NATO or equivalent training programmes (UK DSAT; US SAT/ISD; NATO SAT).
• Willingness for regular overseas deployments of 2–3 weeks with military partners.
• Direct, hands-on experience operating or instructing on HX-2 recce-strike system or similar platforms; or as a qualified tactics instructor.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of international field deployments and training courses, ensuring on-time, on-standard delivery across engagements globally.
• Serve as the primary business development lead during deployments, building trusted relationships with defence/government stakeholders.
• Deliver HX-2 tactics instruction to customer personnel as the subject-matter expert and evolve course content.
• Act as senior customer success owner during field engagements, capturing feedback and translating outcomes into improvements.
