Job summary

Helsing is seeking a Team Lead for the internationally aligned Training and Mission Success Specialist team. You will own planning and execution of field deployments and training courses across markets outside Germany, leading cross-discipline teams and serving as the primary business development interface during deployed engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of international field deployments and training courses, ensuring on-time delivery across multiple simultaneous engagements globally.
• Serve as the primary business development lead during customer-facing deployments with defence and government stakeholders.
• Deliver HX-2 tactics instruction as the subject-matter expert for the ALTRA recce-strike system.
• Act as senior customer success owner during field engagements, capturing feedback and guiding product improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales, BD, Production, Logistics, Export Control, Product Management, Legal and People to align field activity with priorities.
