Job summary

Marex is seeking an Application Support Analyst to own day-to-day issue resolution and provide technical support across front office and post-trade systems. You will collaborate with infrastructure, service desk and engineering to drive incidents to resolution, working with stakeholders to design and deliver features that enhance cross-selling and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid background in Windows and Linux/Unix OS environments.
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle).
• Experience in a financial services or trading environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL and change management processes.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for trading and post-trade platforms.
• Offer second- and third-line support to business users.
• Manage incident management per ITIL standards.
• Liaise between technology and business groups to communicate system changes.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation to a high standard.
• Contribute to vendor system upgrades and mandatory exchanges.
