• Coordinate end-to-end international shipments with external partners.
• Provide and review export/import documents and health certificates.
• Ensure customs clearance accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimise the supply chain.
• Maintain transport trackers and monitor KPI.
• Stay updated on international regulations affecting the supply chain.
• Process purchase orders through the ERP system (Dynamics 365 BC).
• Assist with developing efficient processes and resources.
