TXO Systems Ltd. is seeking a Group Head of Trade Compliance to lead the international trade compliance framework across TXO entities, ensuring lawful imports, exports and controlled goods management while providing expert guidance to sales and operations.

You will oversee customs compliance, licences and regulatory reporting, liaising with UK, EU, US and Australian authorities. The role includes driving training, process improvement and integration during acquisitions and market expansion.

Competenze

• Substantial experience in international customs and export controls, including dual-use goods.
• Experience leading regulatory audits, export licence activity, policy development and investigations.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into clear business guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Own and maintain the Group’s trade compliance policies, standards and controls across operating entities.
• Oversee customs compliance, import/export classification, origin, valuation and documentation.
• Lead export licensing strategy and renewals; ensure approvals for controlled shipments.
• Coordinate regulatory engagement with authorities (UK/EU/US/Australia) and audits.
• Investigate incidents, define root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide risk-based training and practical guidance to shipping, sales and procurement teams.
• Advise on Incoterms and country-specific import/export requirements.
• Collaborate with Shipping Manager to build compliant and efficient shipment processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce trade-related costs.
• Support acquisitions and new markets with scalable compliance standards.
