Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a UK-based Head of Global Trade Compliance to own the operating model and ensure compliant cross-border execution across HH Global regions. You will design, govern and continuously improve end-to-end global transaction processes aligned with trade rules and HH Global policy.

This role partners with Logistics, Finance, Tax, Legal and Freight, providing audit-ready transaction packs and a robust governance schedule while driving Lean Six Sigma-led improvements and risk

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in global trade compliance, customs compliance, or cross-border regulatory operations.
• Experience owning or governing global trade compliance processes across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, title transfer, and customs documentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional change across Freight, Logistics, Finance, Tax and Legal.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global trade compliance framework enabling compliant cross-border execution across all HH Global regions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into global standards, process gates and minimum evidence for audit readiness.
• Establish and maintain a global compliance schedule for permits, licenses, broker credentials and recurring obligations.
• Lead process design and continuous improvement for global cross-border workflows using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Create standard work, checklists and stop-ship gates to prevent non-compliant transactions.
