Uniserve is seeking a Globally focused, commercially driven Global Trade Account Manager to join our Global Trade Management team in delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions for strategic customers. You will be the key link between customers and Uniserve, building relationships with senior stakeholders and driving revenue growth.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving customer retention and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including director and executive-level contacts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
• Lead regular customer review meetings, presenting KPIs, performance updates, and improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain customer SOPs and ensure service delivery aligns with agreed expectations.
• Monitor customer performance against KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support pricing reviews, quotations, contract renewals, and tender submissions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Uniserve's portfolio of supply chain solutions.
• Work with internal teams to manage escalations, resolve issues, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer experience.
• Analyse customer performance data to support strategic decisions.
• Build relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to meet objectives.
