Job summary

St. James's Place is seeking an experienced Reward Manager in Cirencester to shape and deliver the total reward strategy across the business and group companies.

You will report to the Head of Reward and provide expert guidance on remuneration, incentives, and equity-based rewards while ensuring compliance and market competitiveness. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders, and involves data-driven insights, governance, and international support.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in reward management with remuneration reviews and pay structures.
• Strong analytical/numerical skills with Excel and data interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels.
• Sound knowledge of reward legislation and regulatory reporting in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual remuneration review and bonus processes, with modelling and testing.
• Develop and maintain bonus schemes and reward policies across group.
• Conduct benchmarking activities including market surveys and ad hoc analyses.
• Support regulatory reward reporting, incl. gender/ethnicity pay gap reporting.
