Job summary

Fanatics Commerce in Manchester seeks a Head of Technology, International to lead UK tech teams, ensure resilient infra, and align regional priorities with global strategy across retail, fulfillment, and digital channels.

You will drive transformations (WMS, ERP, RFID), manage vendors, and build high-performing UK teams, delivering technology that supports Fanatics’ fan-first experience and global growth in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT leadership within multi-site/omni-channel settings.
• Proven delivery of technology transformations (WMS, ERP, 3PL, RFID).
• Strong vendor/contract management across complex suppliers.
• In-country leadership experience and cross-functional influence.
• Excellent communication in global, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK technology teams and ensure resilient infrastructure across Fanatics International.
• Define governance, KPIs, and delivery processes aligning regional priorities to global strategy.
• Drive major UK tech initiatives including WMS, ERP, RFID across supply chain and logistics.
• Oversee cybersecurity posture and risk management in line with global policies.
• Build and retain high-performing technical teams with clear career paths.
