Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United Kingdom seeks a Sr. Director, Business Technology BU Interface – International, based in Leeds or Singapore. This senior technology executive partners with the President, International and regional leadership across EMEA, APAC, LATAM to translate growth plans into technology outcomes.

You will own demand management, portfolio health, and governance, drive digital, AI and analytics initiatives, and guide separation/standalone readiness as the business evolves.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, operations, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience with global cross‑functional teams.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to shape priorities, investments and outcomes.
• Experience with CRM, ERP and PLM platforms and analytics.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the international technology strategy, demand management and portfolio health across regions.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate business strategy into roadmaps and investment decisions.
• Lead separation and standalone readiness activities for the business transition.
• Ensure cybersecurity, governance, compliance and risk management across technology delivery.
