Job summary

Apex Group Ltd invites a seasoned Global Head of Technology Controls to define and oversee the worldwide technology control framework, ensuring preventive and detective controls across regions, entities, and platforms.

You will partner with the Group CISO, risk, compliance, and audit teams to meet regulatory expectations, drive control maturity, and strengthen operational resilience while guiding a global, high‑performing controls organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with leadership roles.
• 7+ years leading a global GRC function.
• Experience with regulators, auditors, and client assurance teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Apex's global technology control framework.
• Lead control design, implementation and testing.
• Oversee assurance and monitoring activities with Risk and Internal Audit.
• Support regulatory examinations and third-party / cloud controls.
