Job summary

The Apex Group is seeking a Global Head of Technology Controls to define and oversee the company-wide technology control framework across regions and entities. You will partner with the Group CISO, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to ensure controls meet regulatory expectations and support secure growth.

Lead a high-performing, global team to design, implement, and mature controls across cloud, infrastructure, data and identities, with a strong focus on governance and assurance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 7+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience leading global cyber GRC in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication to executives and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Apex’s global technology control framework and strategy.
• Oversee design, implementation and effectiveness of technology controls.
• Lead testing, assurance, and remediation across regions and entities.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits and client due diligence.
