Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a highly experienced Global Head of Technology Controls Assurance to define and lead a world‑class technology control framework across regions and platforms. You will work with the Group CISO to ensure regulatory alignment and operational resilience while driving continuous improvement in control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role or global GRC function.
• Extensive experience in technology controls, IT risk, cyber controls, or technology assurance.
• Proven track record of leading a global cyber/program governance function in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Apex’s global technology control framework aligned to risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee design, implementation, and effectiveness of technical controls across infrastructure, cloud, identity, and data.
• Lead global testing, assurance activities, and remediation of control weaknesses and issues.
