You’ll be part of a small, high-powered team redefining quality of hire. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical specialization, high velocity, and an uncompromising bar.

Qualifications

• Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets.
• Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing.
• Ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts; structured, adaptable, and focused.
• Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical candidates and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments across global time zones.
• Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering and AI.

Responsibilities

• Owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, research, and beyond.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar.
• Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing.
• Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity, empathy, and conviction.
• Serving as an ambassador for ElevenLabs — every interaction reflects our values and sets the tone for the candidate experience.
• Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights.
