Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Associate Fellow to define and govern global best practice for Subsea Wellheads, Completions and Well Systems. You will provide technical leadership across projects, set architecture standards, and guide the discipline through lifecycle stages from design to field operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Chief Engineer / Technical Authority experience in Subsea Xmas Trees, subsea completions and wellheads.
• Ability to influence at senior levels internally and externally.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong QMS/BMS experience including audits, CIR/RCA/CAPA and governance.

Responsibilities

• Recognized technical authority and advisor for Subsea Well Systems / Wellheads within SP&S; serves as key technical contact for customer escalations and reviews.
• Drives synergies across Baker Hughes by maximizing reuse of best practice and enterprise capability; ensures timely delivery of business‑critical outcomes.
• Leads or sponsors Quality, HSE, Product Safety, and technical improvement initiatives as required, including escalation support and closure of issues.
• Mentors and supports development of discipline training pathways and global competencies for the discipline.
