• Proven direct sourcing and talent mapping for niche roles.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisory to technology leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end 360 recruiting across technology domains.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines using GitHub and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate international relocations, visa sponsorships, and cross-border hiring.
• Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience globally.
