Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead planning, governance and delivery across a portfolio of strategic technology programmes and initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps, budgets and operational readiness.

The role is highly autonomous, coordinating across technical and business stakeholders, Finance, Procurement and vendors to ensure initiatives move from concept through handover to business-as-usual.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex technology programmes in a large, global enterprise.
• Ability to convert high-level objectives into structured delivery plans, governance and outcomes.
• Experience managing portfolios of concurrent programmes with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering technology workstreams for workplace transformation and real estate activities.
• Strong communication to build credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance and delivery of a mixed portfolio of programmes and projects.
• Translate priorities into delivery plans, roadmaps and milestones.
• Provide leadership across programme teams and promote best practices.
• Establish governance, RAID logs, decision records and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Finance, Procurement and vendors.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and financial tracking; monitor variances.
• Produce executive updates, dashboards and presentations on progress and ROI.
