Job summary

ICAEW, a fast-growing international consumer brand, seeks a Tax Manager to own the global tax function across the UK, Europe and North America. You will lead direct and indirect tax, ensure compliance, and provide commercially focused advice to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders on international expansion projects, oversee VAT, sales tax, customs and transfer pricing matters, and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification with international experience.
• Strong UK corporate tax and VAT knowledge.
• Experience in international tax compliance and transfer pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of direct and indirect tax across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee VAT, sales tax, customs and transfer pricing matters.
• Provide commercially focused tax advice to support strategic decisions.
