Club L London is seeking a proactive Tax Manager to lead tax across the UK, US and EU. You will oversee global tax compliance, support international expansion, and provide commercially-focused advice to help the business grow while managing tax risks.

You will own group tax matters, lead planning for growth initiatives, and manage external advisers and authorities, ensuring timely registrations, payments and reporting across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or tax professional with international exposure.
• Experience in UK corporate tax, VAT and cross-border taxes.
• Experience managing transfer pricing, compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of UK, US and EU group tax matters.
• Oversee global tax compliance including registrations, returns and reporting.
• Lead tax planning for international growth and new markets.
• Manage international VAT, sales tax, customs duties and cross-border issues.
• Oversee transfer pricing framework and intercompany documentation.
• Support tax reporting, audits and year-end provisions.
• Identify tax efficiencies and process improvements.
• Monitor changes in international tax legislation and advise the business.
