Job summary

ICAEW, a fast-growing international consumer brand, seeks a Tax Manager to own the global tax function across the UK, Europe and North America. You will lead direct and indirect tax, ensure compliance, and provide commercially focused advice to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders on international expansion projects, oversee VAT, sales tax, customs and transfer pricing matters, and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification with international experience.
• Strong UK corporate tax and VAT knowledge.
• Experience in international tax compliance and transfer pricing.

Your new company
A fast-growing international consumer brand is seeking a Tax Manager to take ownership of its global tax function. Your new role
As Tax Manager, you will lead all aspects of direct and indirect tax across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance while providing commercially focused tax advice to support strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders on international expansion projects, oversee VAT, sales tax, customs and transfer pricing matters, and identify opportunities to improve processes, manage risk and drive efficiencies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified with strong experience gained within an international business environment. A solid understanding of UK corporate tax and VAT is essential, alongside exposure to international tax compliance, transfer pricing and cross-border trading activities. You'll be a proactive and commercially minded tax professional with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex tax matters into practical business solutions.
