ICAEW is seeking a Senior Associate to join the national employment tax team, advising clients on complex international employer matters across borders. You will work with large public and private sector organisations to recruit, move and reward staff globally, delivering practical tax advice and analysis.

You will research legislation, draft client-facing recommendations, and collaborate with UK and overseas teams, leveraging technology-enabled approaches to provide high-quality service.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of international employment taxes.
• Experience advising on cross-border employment matters.
• Experience with social security, UK NI and cross-border reward.
• Ability apply double tax treaty, PAYE and NIC to equity/bonuses.
• Experience in advisory, in-house or global mobility environment.
