Job summary

EY in the UK is seeking a Manager for International Corporate Tax Advisory to lead cross-border tax advisory work for large multinational clients. You will shape international tax strategies and oversee delivery of complex projects with a practical, commercial focus.

You’ll work with leading UK and international partners, mentoring junior staff and developing teams while navigating BEPS and evolving tax laws. This role offers a path to senior leadership within a global practice.

Qualifications

• Strong UK tax technical skills with cross-border experience (CFCs, anti-hybrid rules, IP, Pillar 2).
• Professional qualifications such as ATT, ACA/CA, or CTA preferred.
• Experience managing a team and coaching junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, winning work proactively and contributing to winning new clients and growing existing ones
• Management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical / commercial focus
• Overall responsibility for quality of client service and for building and developing engagement teams and supervising junior staff
