Qualifications

• Experience in talent management and development within a global, multi-site business.
• Ability to build talent strategies and close capability gaps across leadership levels.

• Proven track record using data to tell a story and guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership on Talent Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning and Performance Management.
• Design and facilitate high-potential learning programmes, both in person and online.
• Support enterprise talent processes including talent reviews and succession planning.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical roles and develop robust development plans.
• Lead change management initiatives and track impact metrics to inform leaders.
