Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a senior leader to architect and drive talent strategies across the organization. Qualifications

• Experience in talent management and development across a multi-site, global business.
• Experience building or delivering talent planning, organizational development, training needs assessment, and succession processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive adoption of initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to tell a story and provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership on strategic development products and services including Talent Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, Leadership and Executive Development, Performance Management, internal mobility, Coaching, and Culture/Change Leadership.
• Design and facilitate high‑potential learning programmes, both in person and online.
• Support enterprise talent processes such as performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Consult with HR partners and business leaders to identify critical roles, succession strength, top talent, and future leaders.
• Partner with leadership teams to accelerate growth of diverse top talent and successors through leadership events and stretch assignments.
• Identify and resolve organizational development opportunities with business leaders and HR partners.
• Collaborate with other Centers of Excellence within HR to deliver talent and learning interventions.
• Create action/change management plans and organisation design to accelerate strategic capabilities.
• Design and implement change management initiatives and measure impact.
