Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Talent Director for its Global Businesses & Functions People Management Team to drive the talent development agenda for the SBST cohort. You will partner with HRBPs and Global Talent CoE to align priorities and governance, and you will lead the talent cycle and inclusion of SBST initiatives across GBF.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with high academic achievement in a relevant subject.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a service-oriented company.
• Experience in HR/people teams or a consulting firm.
• Experience developing and implementing talent, performance or promotion processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Workday experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SBST talent cycle globally with HRBPs for quality and governance.
• Support SD and XD promotions and calibration with consistent standards.
• Maintain SBST IPB/FPB governance across GBF.
• Drive Go for Green performance management for the cohort.
• Balance governance with timely hiring and promotions.
• Prepare for SDC decisions and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Lead SBST EVP offerings and programs (Recharge Time, DevelopU, EA).
