Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a global consumer business to recruit an experienced Talent Development professional for a six-month assignment in London. The role focuses on leadership development, onboarding, culture, AI-enabled workforce initiatives and talent management.

You will own end-to-end programme design and delivery, collaborate with HR leads and executives across EMEA and beyond, facilitate workshops for audiences from early-career colleagues to senior leaders, and manage

Qualifications

7+ years in talent development, leadership development, or related field.
Experience delivering multiple programmes simultaneously.
Experience designing and delivering programmes at scale within a global organisation.

Responsibilities

Drive projects across leadership development, onboarding, culture, AI-enabled workforce initiatives, talent management and team effectiveness.
Design and deliver programmes end-to-end, from scoping and content development through to implementation and evaluation.
Partner with HR leads, business leaders and wider People & Culture teams across EMEA and globally.
Facilitate workshops, trainings and leadership sessions for audiences from early-career to senior leaders.
Manage project plans, milestones, trackers and status reporting, identifying risks and dependencies.
