Job summary

JD.com Inc. invites you to join the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program in London as a Talent Development Intern. Over 3–6 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience in culture and learning initiatives, while contributing to employee engagement and development projects.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field.
Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Familiar with Microsoft Office; Canva/CapCut is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support internal communications for culture and learning initiatives.
Assist in planning and delivering employee engagement activities, campaigns and events.
Coordinate project plans, timelines and follow-up actions across Culture and Digital Learning projects.
Conduct research on industry trends and learning best practices to support new initiatives.
Help create and maintain learning materials, collect engagement data and provide insights to improve programme effectiveness.
