Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields.
• Fluent in English; cross-cultural communication and teamwork experience is a plus.
• Proficient in office software; basic data analysis skills required.
• Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, visa assistance, and leave management.
• Payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration, and compliance support.
• Support and optimize Workday and ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with global business units to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR, payroll, or policy topics with timely resolution.
