Job summary

Tesco UK is expanding its Global Talent Acquisition team to deliver end-to-end recruitment for our function. As a brand advocate for Tesco, you will attract and engage top talent while driving DEI and inclusive candidate experiences across the hiring journey.

You will source candidates through diverse channels, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and use data to refine sourcing strategies. You will manage multiple live roles, coordinate offers, and ensure a compliant ATS process.

Qualifications

• Experience using diverse sourcing channels to fill roles across functions.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and advise on sourcing strategies.
• Strong understanding of DEI in recruitment.
• Proficient in using data and market insights to guide sourcing decisions.
• Experience building talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies end-to-end.
• Familiar with ATS controls and recruitment compliance.
• Passion for candidate care and inclusive experience.
• Overseeing offer management and smooth onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through diverse channels aligned to vacancy needs and Tesco principles.
• Building consultative partnerships with hiring managers and guiding sourcing strategies.
• Using data and market insights to optimize channel performance.
• Creating candidate pipelines for current and future needs and engaging active/passive prospects.
• Understanding candidate aspirations to showcase Tesco opportunities.
• Maintaining agency relationships and service delivery.
• Managing multiple live roles with end-to-end recruitment in line with KPIs.
• Championing ATS accuracy and recruitment compliance.
• Delivering an inclusive, valued candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Coordinating offers and onboarding to ensure a welcoming transition.
