Success in this role requires strong product management experience, a deep understanding of user needs, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to deliver impactful product strategies.

  • Experience in building warehouse or logistics solutions (like, Warehouse Management System WMS or Warehouse Execution System WES) for warehouses or retail fulfilment centres
  • Experience integrating warehouse applications (WMS and WES) with robotics, conveyors, IoT, AI
  • Experience with API and backend systems - understand how data is stored, moved and secured within a complex distributed system
  • Experience in defining warehouse operations using standard workflows like decant, goods‑to‑person picking, consolidation and marshalling, etc
  • Hands on experience doing product discoveries to map our service design blueprints, identify user personas and Jobs‑to‑be‑done and work with UXDR to define user flows and wireframes for warehouse operations
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and worked in a fast‑paced, iterative development environment
