Job summary

Beazley Security in the United Kingdom seeks a Director of Crisis Simulations to own and deliver its worldwide tabletop exercises, ensuring high-quality outcomes and global delivery across regions and time zones.

As the leader of an entrepreneurial practice, you will drive delivery standards, paid-tabletop revenue, and client satisfaction, reporting to the Head of Cyber Services and guiding consultants while delivering flagship tabletops personally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cyber incident response and crisis management experience.
• Experience designing and facilitating tabletop exercises for executive committees and boards.
• Experience leading and developing a client-facing team across multiple regions.
• Commercial experience building, pricing and selling an offering and managing a revenue line.
• Experience working with insurers, brokers and the cyber insurance ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own global tabletop delivery end-to-end, including intake, scheduling, scenario design, facilitation, after-action reporting and follow-up.
• Ensure every tabletop is delivered against client entitlement, agreed service levels and regional requirements.
• Personally facilitate flagship, board-level and complex multi-party tabletops.
• Establish and maintain a single global methodology, scenario library, templates and quality standards.
• Grow paid tabletop revenue and manage the growth budget, investments in hiring, coaching, marketing, events and media.
