Job summary

Beazley Security is seeking a Director of Crisis Simulations to own and deliver its worldwide tabletop exercises, ensuring high quality outcomes across regions and time zones. The role leads an entrepreneurial practice within Beazley Security and carries accountability for delivery standards, revenue growth and team development.

Reporting to the Head of Cyber Services, the candidate will personally run flagship tabletops and build a scalable global methodology while expanding language coverage

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience in cyber incident response and crisis management, ideally within a digital forensics and incident response or insurer-backed incident response environment.
• Proven record of designing and facilitating tabletop exercises for technical teams, executive committees and boards.
• Experience leading and developing a client-facing team across multiple regions.
• Commercial experience building, pricing and selling an offering and managing a revenue line.
• Experience working with insurers, brokers and the cyber insurance ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own global tabletop delivery end-to-end, including intake, scheduling, scenario design, facilitation, after-action reporting and follow-up.
• Ensure every tabletop is delivered against client entitlement, agreed service levels and regional requirements.
• Personally facilitate flagship, board-level and complex multi-party tabletops.
• Establish and maintain a single global methodology, scenario library, templates and quality standards.
• Develop executive, technical, multi-team and sector-specific offerings and pricing with Cyber Services leadership.
