Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Supply & Demand Planning Manager to lead the expansion of our global supply base and align procurement with aggressive growth across EU/US. You will identify and onboard suppliers, supervise negotiations, and collaborate with sales, operations and product teams to forecast demand and launches.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, hands-on procurement, and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to forecast demand.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain optimisation.
• Advanced Excel analytics and financial modelling with precision.
• Hands-on procurement and day-to-day bidding processes.
• Data-driven negotiation for pricing and terms.
• Experience linking procurement to product launches and plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, qualification and onboarding of new suppliers, focusing on Asia and North America.
• Conduct overseas supplier visits, audits and contract negotiations to expand the base.
• Partner with sales, operations and product teams to align procurement strategy with growth plans and forecasts.
• Maintain visibility of upcoming product launches, seasonal demand and promotions to plan effectively.
• Support planning decisions with supplier lead times and inventory availability.
• Integrate supplier lead times and global logistics into strategic planning.
• Anticipate market trends, risks and opportunities to inform sourcing and inventory decisions.
• Monitor global risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Support sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives across the supply chain.
