Job summary

Global electronics group in Kent seeks an European Head of Supply Chain & Planning to own demand planning, S&OP, sourcing, freight, and inventory with full budget ownership. You will lead a strong team, partner with commercial, and drive end-to-end supply chain excellence from day one.

Applicants should be university educated with a proven track record in demand planning and data-driven S&OP leadership, proficient in Dynamics 365, SQL, and Power BI, and capable of presenting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree educated.
• Consistent career progression with a strong demand planning/background.
• Fluency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC365), SQL and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning, S&OP, sourcing, freight and logistics with budget ownership.
• Lead an autonomous team across supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with commercial to build the S&OP plan and challenge assumptions.
