Job summary

Brigade Electronics Group Plc, a global leader in vehicle safety systems, seeks a Group Head of Supply Chain to drive end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. You will oversee Demand Planning, Procurement, Import, Inventory Management and Warehouse, ensuring stock levels align with budgets and business needs.

You will lead, coach and develop a diverse team across regions, drive cost efficiencies, strengthen supplier relationships and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a complex supply chain, procurement, operations or materials environment.
• Strong experience in demand planning, procurement, inventory management and supplier management.
• Commercially focused with ability to manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strategic and analytical thinker translating objectives into actionable plans.
• Continuous improvement mindset improving processes, performance and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Group supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee Demand Planning, Procurement, Import, Inventory Management and Warehouse functions.
• Manage stock, materials and supply chain disciplines with robust forecasting and procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and strengthen operational performance.
• Lead, coach and develop the Supply Chain team and foster a high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with the Board to translate vision into measurable operational outcomes.
• Ensure governance and compliant processes across the supply chain.
