Job summary

GTS Group Ltd, a defence technology business in the UK, seeks a Head of Supply Chain Operations & Procurement to own end-to-end strategy across supply chain and demand planning. You’ll sit with Engineering, Technical and Commercial as a true partner and build a high-performance team.

Role requires 5+ years in UK-residency and vetting, strong public procurement knowledge, and hands-on leadership in electronics manufacturing. Competitive package and bonus on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a supply chain or demand planning team within electronics manufacturing.
• Solid grounding in UK public procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and demand planning professionals
• Build and own a rolling supply chain strategy that keeps the business ahead of its market
• Tighten up processes across the organisation without slowing anyone down
• Sit alongside Engineering, Technical and Commercial as a genuine partner, not a support function
• Run supply chain programmes with the discipline that regulated, high-compliance environments demand
