Job summary

SPX Technologies, Radiodetection division, Bristol-based hybrid role, seeks a Global Supply Chain Manager to shape strategy and governance across UK/US/Canada locations. You will drive supplier performance, KPI reporting, and cross-functional planning to support growth and continuity of supply.

The role requires senior leadership, ERP/MRP expertise (IFS preferred), and a track record of cost reduction, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain, procurement or operations leadership role in manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience developing and implementing supply chain strategy, processes and performance improvements.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, planning, supplier performance and delivery.
• Experience managing KPIs, forecasting, risk, cost reduction and business continuity.
• ERP/MRP experience essential (IFS or similar).
• Experience leading or mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supply chain strategy and governance across the business.
• Lead site supply chain team, create processes, routines and governance.
• Monitor KPIs including delivery performance, supplier quality, inventory and costs.
• Drive supplier performance, risk management, and value engineering.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Product Management, Sales and Project Management to support planning and growth.
• Coordinate across UK, US and Canada production locations for resilience and improvement.
