Job summary

Argenta's Dundee manufacturing site seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to translate client needs into on-time, in-full delivery, support inventory reporting, and maintain BOM for costing accuracy.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to keep MRP aligned with demand, update inventory reports, and contribute to NPI projects, ensuring efficient material flow and timely supply while minimizing obsolescence.

Qualifications

• High School/ GCSE standard education.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not essential.
• Experience in a similar working environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Planners to ensure on-time finished goods delivery and client satisfaction.
• Interpret and validate client product forecast updates and process client orders.
• Create & coordinate client inventory reconciliation reports to ensure alignment on client supplied materials.
• Coordinate material delivery using MRP across raw materials/excipients, labels and packaging components.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Quality & technical teams to ensure timely supply of information and meeting demand.
