Jelly Technical in Manchester is seeking a Supplier Quality & Compliance Specialist for a 9-month FTC. The role combines supplier approval, quality control frameworks, and incident resolution within a hybrid setup (2 days in office, 3 days WFH).

You will oversee traceability, recalls readiness, and cross-functional supplier reviews with a focus on food safety and quality across global suppliers. IT literacy and HACCP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience building or managing Quality Management Systems and practical auditing qualifications.
• Strong understanding of supplier approval processes and global quality standards (e.g., BRCGS, HACCP).
• Ability to investigate complaints and drive NCR close-outs with suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Lead supplier approval from risk assessments to onboarding of partners and QMS rollout.
• Create and oversee a robust Quality Control framework and regular supplier testing reviews.
• Oversee consumer complaints investigations and implement rigorous corrective actions with suppliers.
