Job summary

Responsibilities

• Resource planning, recruitment, mentoring and retention of study start-up staff.
• Provide direction and learning opportunities to staff development.
• Ensure study start-up activities meet timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee adherence to processes and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Operations Leads to align best practices.
• Lead global process improvements for study start-up.
