• 7+ years clinical research with CRO/biotech/pharma in Phase 1‑4 trials.
• Experience leading global Phase 3 registrational trials and outsourcing to CROs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional trial teams to plan and execute end-to-end trial delivery.
• Own trial timelines, budgets, quality oversight, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage CRO/vendor selection, onboarding, contracting and performance monitoring.
