Job summary

Sage is seeking a Senior Orchestration Manager to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across our global GTM portfolio. You’ll coordinate teams, executives and programmes, delivering clarity, accountability and visible progress against priorities.

In a highly visible role, you’ll champion orchestration, governance and reporting, develop the team, and drive growth-minded transformation in a hybrid Newcastle/Winnersh office environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale strategic programmes, business transformations or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong programme and/or product management experience in data-driven commercial environments.
• Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional programmes in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of cross-functional strategic programmes and initiatives across Sage's global GTM portfolio.
• Provide leadership, coaching and governance for delivery and reporting.
• Drive alignment, risks management and timely resolution across senior stakeholders.
