Legora AB seeks a Strategy & Operations Manager to help Legora's Legal Data decide where to invest globally and to build scalable cross-functional processes. You will connect client demand, content usage and partnership opportunities, turning insights into priority actions and an operating model that scales with the team.

Qualifications

• Around 3-6 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or operations.
• Highly organised with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Good judgement on when to apply lightweight vs. rigorous processes.
• Structured, commercial thinker able to size markets and build business cases.
• Analytically strong with ability to use agents to build and maintain systems.
• Clear, concise communicator aligning working teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support content prioritisation for digital collection by evidencing jurisdictions and data types.
• Turn client demand into strategic insight using intake processes and VOC.
• Build business cases for APIs, bulk feeds, or scraping public sources.
• Develop and run the operating model with planning, reporting, and onboarding processes.
• Own partner operations from signed agreement to live content and renewals.
