Job summary

Wolt Market/HOP in London is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to define strategic priorities, drive growth initiatives, and ensure delivery of financial and operational targets across 30+ markets.

You will partner with senior leaders in Marketing, Finance and Product, build forecasting models in Looker/Excel, and lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to impact measurement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Wolt Market / HOP and RGMs to drive sustainable growth and profitability across markets
• Track and manage topline and bottomline performance (GOV, orders, basket size; contribution margin, EBITDA, cost efficiency)
• Identify performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and drive corrective actions across markets
• Build forecasting models and performance tracking frameworks to ensure visibility and accountability against targets
• Partner with Marketing to define growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, and basket size expansion
